What AccreditKings does

AccreditKings facilitates accredited investor verification under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. Verification determinations are made by licensed professionals through our regulated verification partner. AccreditKings does not itself issue accreditation determinations or letters, and a verification is not a guarantee that any issuer will accept your investment.

Not investment advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, nor is it investment, legal, or tax advice. Verification of accredited status is not an endorsement of any investment. Private placements are illiquid, involve a high degree of risk, and may result in total loss of capital. The SEC does not approve or endorse any offering or verification service.

Fees

The verification fee is shown before you pay and covers one review cycle. If you request a refund before your documents enter review, we will refund in full. Once licensed reviewers have begun work, the fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome, because the review cost is incurred whether or not accreditation can be confirmed.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful, accurate information and authentic documents. Submitting falsified documents is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported where required by law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccreditKings’ aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for decisions made by issuers, platforms, or the verification partner’s licensed reviewers.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@accreditkings.com.
