Who we are
AccreditKings (“we”) operates accreditkings.com, an accredited investor verification service. AccreditKings is an affiliate of Fraction Kings, the fractional investment platform at fractionkings.com.
What we collect
Account information: name, email address, and a hashed password. Verification details: date of birth, phone number, and mailing address, used to open your verification file with our regulated verification partner. Payment: processed by Stripe; we store a payment reference, never your card number. Usage: standard analytics and, if you arrive from an ad, campaign parameters.
Your verification documents
Documents you upload (tax records, account statements, professional letters) are transmitted encrypted, directly to our regulated verification partner for review by licensed professionals. AccreditKings does not store your verification documents on its own servers. We retain only the outcome of the review (approved or not), the basis you selected, and the dates that determine your verification’s validity window.
Sharing with Fraction Kings
If you choose to activate your access to Fraction Kings, we share your name, email address, verification status and dates, and your verification file identifier with Fraction Kings so your accredited status carries over without repeat paperwork. This happens only with your explicit consent — a checkbox you tick at the moment of handoff. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Service providers
We use a regulated verification provider (document review and accreditation determinations), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Neon (database hosting), and Vercel (application hosting and analytics). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Retention & your choices
We retain verification outcome records to meet regulatory record-keeping expectations for securities offerings. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing us; we will honor the request except where retention is required by law. You can opt out of marketing email at any time; transactional email about an active verification cannot be opted out of while the verification is in progress.
